Please join the Pax River Chapter Thursday, 17 March 2022 at AVIAN in Lexington Park, MD from 1600-1800 EST to discuss the documentary, “Who Killed LT Van Dorn?" A look at the fleet MH-53 mishap in 2014, the underlying factors that led to this and other mishaps which led to the grounding of the entire CH-53 and MH-53 fleet, and what impact flight test can have on increasing safety and improving safety culture for the entire fleet.
