Do you have what it takes to escape?
The CRM Escape Room is back! This groundbreaking new training on Crew Resource Management (CRM) topics, which was a smash success at the 2024 Seattle Symposium in October, is being offered exclusively to Seattle Chapter members during a special encore presentation.
Put your teamwork skills to the test! Participants are given classroom instruction on CRM principles and best practices, and then a team of 4-8 people are locked in a flight test-themed escape room and must use their wit, skill, and the principles of CRM to solve puzzles and escape.
The sessions will be held on Saturday, April 5, 2025. If you'd like to join us, click the button below to reserve your spot! We are asking for a $20 payment for reservations (an 80% discount!), which will be used to offset the cost of providing the training.

AudienceThis event is intended for Seattle Chapter members who were not able to take the training at the SFTE Symposium, but if there are non-members at your organization who would also benefit, we won't turn them away! Each attendee must sign up separately. (This is also a great opportunity to encourage those folks to join SFTE...)
This is the same version of the training provided at the Symposium, so if you have already taken it, you will not be eligible to take it again. You already know the answers to the puzzles! If that's the case, encourage some of your co-workers to take it in your place, and stay tuned for the new version of the room coming in October 2025...

Session 1: 12:00pm - 2:00pm
Session 2: 1:15pm - 3:15pm
Session 3: 2:30pm - 4:30pm
Please plan to arrive early for your session. We will be maintaining a strict schedule, and arriving late may cause your session to be canceled. Each session requires a minimum number of participants, so please commit to attending.
Each 2-hour session includes:
- Classroom instruction on CRM skills (30 minutes)
- Escape room scenario (60 minutes)
- Debrief and discussion (30 minutes)
Location
Sessions will be held at the former FAA Flight Services Station (FSS) building in Georgetown, now owned by the King County International Airport. There is parking available in front of the building.
